Field of Activity
- development and manufacture of highly protected identification documents and other strict accounting documents in compliance with international standards;
- development and implementation of automated information systems which secure the manufacture and issuance of identification documents (including centralized systems, in compliance with international standards);
- development of automated information systems of the registration of citizens at their place of residence with the application of a computer network with unified principles of identification and interaction with databases of other information systems;
- protection of documents and goods against forgery with the application of its own unique patented technologies in the development, manufacture and personalization of documents, including documents on a polymeric base, biometrics, manufacture of lasers and laser systems, holographic security elements, plastic cards with contact and contactless chips, the development and implementation of information systems.
The Consortium aims for participation in global projects – state orders for development, manufacture and implementation of passports and other identification documents, the development of a national system of cashless transactions through bank cards, etc.
The EDAPS Consortium possesses its own scientific base, financial resources, and highly technological production and service network for the support and accompaniment of “turnkey” projects.
The Consortium has entirely up-to-date and fully certified facilities, including one of the largest productions for the issuance and personalization of VISA and MasterCard plastic cards.
The new Ukrainian passport manufactured by the EDAPS Consortium, together with authorized state enterprises, received recognition from the UN and OSCE; and the driver’s licenses produced by the Consortium were highly acclaimed by the European Union.
