Ukranian Company, ZNAK partiicpates in the Interantional «CARTES» 2006 Exhibition

ZNAK, a member of the Ukrainian EDAPS consortium, participated in a major international conference and exhibition that was held in Paris from the 7th to the 10th of November.
Represented at the exhibition were more than 470 companies involved in producing plastic card production in over 39 countries.
ZNAK was the only company representing Ukraine. Featured at the ZNAK stand was prototypes of the new Ukrainian passport, and the new Ukrainian identification card that includes drivers license and vehicle registration. Also featured were bank and other types of plastic commercial cards.
At the exhibition it was clear that in terms of quality and technology the products of the EDAPS consortium were comparable to products from other countries. In regards to price and ability to quickly fill orders they were superior
As a result of their participation in Cartes, ZNAK is currently working with the representatives of many companies as well as governments to provide products and solutions in the identify document and bank issued cards manufacturing industry.
Znak has the most up to date technology of any company in Ukraine producing plastic cards and Poly-carbonate pages for passports. This technology conforms to international ISO standards as well as standards established by the International Civil Aviation Organization. The goal is to combat forgery and raise the integrity of travel document.
ZNAK possesses a license from the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to issue blank forms that will be used in security documents. ZNAK also posses a license to export and import holographic security elements, with the right to implement projects utilizing holographic security elements on the behalf of Ukrainian government agencies.

The ZNAK facilities meet all standards set by MasterCard International, Visa International and security standard of the Ukrainian Government Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
