Since the beginning of 2010 the EDAPS Consortium has dispatched to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine over 200 thousand travel passports

On April 23, 2010 the EDAPS Consortium dispatched to the address of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine 13517 travel passports. Altogether, 213149 travel passports for Ukrainian citizens were supplied to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine since the beginning of the year; including 158268 for the last 10 days. Thus, the EDAPS Consortium completely eliminated queues for obtaining travel passports.  

As the EDAPS Consortium press service earlier reported, since April 9 EDAPS has resumed the manufacture of travel passports. It was supported by EDAPS new general contract signed with and handed over by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and by Resolution № 295 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine that renewed the effect of the technical specification and the blank sample of the travel passport with a polycarbonate page adopted on June 26, 2007 by the Resolution № 858 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

On April 13, at the press conference in Our Product Information Agency Alexander Dranikov said that within the shortest time the EDAPS Consortium would dispatch to the address of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine travel passports manufactured upon citizens’ applications and piled up within the preceding period.  

“As of today the Consortium has fulfilled its obligations to the government and citizens of Ukraine”, - summarized Alexander Dranikov.
